4D HYPE prohibits Contributions that unlawfully supply, offer to supply/sell, solicit, facilitate or gift controlled drugs and psychoactive substances. 4D HYPE prohibits Contributions that supply, offer to supply, solicit, facilitate or gift articles for administering or preparing controlled drugs. We also prohibit Contributions inciting any offence under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Contributions that supply, offer to supply/sell, solicit, facilitate or gift counterfeit drugs i.e. substandard, spurious, falsely labelled and counterfeit (SSFFC) medical products. NOTE: And we prohibit Contributions that attempt to recruit or coerce individuals for the purposes to supply, offer to supply/sell, solicit, facilitate drugs and weapons or to carry drugs and weapons from one area to another (in reference to all the aforementioned prohibitions, we also prohibit Contributions attempting, conspiring, encouraging, assisting, or aiding and abetting the commission and/or facilitation of these).
4D HYPE prohibits Contributions that supply, offer to supply/sell/hire, solicit, facilitate, deal or gift firearms (incl. shotguns and air weapons), explosives and legally controlled firearms parts or accessories. And we prohibit Contributions that supply, offer to supply/sell/hire, solicit, facilitate, deal or gift ammunition, prohibited weapons (incl. crossbows and imitation firearms) offensive weapons (Please see - Firearms Act 1968:https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1968/27/contents (firearms and prohibited weapons), Offensive Weapons Act 2019:https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2019/17/contents/enacted (offensive weapons) and Criminal Justice Act 1988: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/33/contents (offensive weapons) and 3D printing files used to produce part of/or whole firearms, weapons or ammunition. We also prohibit Contributions with instructions in reference to the manufacture of explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or other weapons and instructions in reference to how to convert a firearm to automatic, or simulated automatic; adjusting firing capabilities. 4D HYPE also prohibits publication of materials in connection with marketing of knives. In reference to all the aforementioned prohibitions, we also prohibit Contributions attempting, conspiring, encouraging, assisting, or aiding and abetting the commission and/or facilitation of these.
