We prohibit stalking where the behaviour of stalking could amount from putting a person in fear of violence, or causes serious alarm or distress, stalking may follow a pattern of fixated, obsessive, unwanted and repeated behaviours which is intrusive e.g. the following of people around the Site, from planet to planet when chatting. And we prohibit using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or displaying any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting, with intent to cause a person harassment, fear, alarm or distress or provocation of immediate violence (in reference to all the aforementioned prohibitions, we also prohibit Contributions attempting, conspiring, encouraging, assisting, or aiding and abetting the commission and/or facilitation of these). We understand there are some reasons to post violent Contributions (e.g., for educational, newsworthy, artistic, satire, documentary, etc. purposes) so if you’re going to post Contributions that is violent in nature that does not violate these terms, ensure you provide context to the viewer so the reason for the Contributions is clear.
If you are logged in to your 4D HYPE account, you can submit a report for any Contributions that contain or may violate these prohibitions. To submit a report directly from a Contributions page, click ‘Make report’, from the ‘Send report’ box select ‘This is abusive or harassing’ and then select the most relevant option from the available report types.
