4D HYPE prohibits the sending of a Contributions that conveys a threat of death or a threat of serious harms i.e. serious injury amounting to grievous bodily harm, rape, assault by penetration, financial loss or physical or sexual assault; where the sender intended the individual encountering the Contributions (specifically messages) to fear that the threat would be carried out, or was reckless as to whether the individual encountering the Contributions would fear that the threat would be carried out (in reference to all the aforementioned prohibitions, we also prohibit Contributions attempting, conspiring, encouraging, assisting, or aiding and abetting the commission and/or facilitation of these).
Examples of threatening communications online are likely to be similar to the prohibited Contributions found in the Do not threaten, stalk, harass, abuse or bully section.
If you are logged in to your 4D HYPE account, you can submit a report for any Contributions that contain or may violate these prohibitions. To submit a report directly from a Contributions page, click ‘Make report’, from the ‘Send report’ box select ‘This is abusive or harassing’ and then select ‘Hate’ from the available report types.
