Unlawful immigration and human trafficking

4D HYPE prohibits Contributions that promote, offer, encourage, support or assist illegal entry in relation to unlawful immigration. We prohibit Contributions arranging or facilitating the travel, transporting, recruiting, harbouring of another person, or taking a relevant action, with a view to them being entrapped/trafficked/exploited in relation to human trafficking. In reference to all the aforementioned prohibitions, we also prohibit Contributions attempting, conspiring, encouraging, assisting, or aiding and abetting the commission and/or facilitation of these.

Here's a non-exhaustive list of examples of prohibited unlawful immigration and human trafficking Contributions:

  • the sale of counterfeit travel documents such as passports, visas and identification papers, as well as the sale of crossings for the purposes of unlawful immigration.
  • advertisements for job opportunities to recruit people into being trafficked.
  • fraudulent job opportunities to recruit children or adults into sex trafficking or forces labour.
  • target vulnerabilities to recruit children or adults into sex trafficking or force labour.
  • advertisements for people-smuggling services.
  • tutorials on how to cross borders illegally.

Human trafficking offences may involve, or take place alongside, a wide range of abuses and other criminal offences such as grievous bodily harm, assault, rape or child sexual abuse and because of the overlap of prohibitions and information from other policies, we may link prohibitions found therein and cross reference these with other prohibitions and information found in Do not threaten, stalk, harass, abuse or bully , Sexual exploitation of adults , Do not send threatening communications and Do not share sexual or suggestive content involving minors as additional evidence to provide a comprehensive view of human trafficking and then use this to allow us to make judgements on whether Contributions are violate or not.
